How to start a startup without money?
Its a very easy to think about a startup but to start we need to have good budget and lots of new idea in a competitive market.
As per my study ,I find out that a small change can change all market scenario for example if we have to sell Saree in a market where there are number of Saree shops then we think out of box.
Sometimes, we have to give offers but quality matters and if we need to have good Indian market than we think about good quality in low cost.
A good startup needs lot of motivation and never give up thoughts,its not easy to be motivated because what our mind think is quite opposite as it has a habit of escaping from difficult situations so to control mind in difficult situation is also a big task.I find out that our mind need easy things.We have to increase ability to survive in difficult situation because only difficult situation can teach us number of things and add experiences in our life.A leader always survive in tough situation thats why its call a leadership.
No matter what is the final situation or result at the end,survival is the only thing that we need to learn.It is not necessary to win in every situation,we have to fight in every situation because human being need survival and we should have gratitude towards such situation because when you come out from difficult situation,it will transform your life and personality.
So, first we have to courage to face everything
Second ,investment is a big part of the new venture and to use it correctly is also the part of management skill.
Third, good marketing is the part of leadership skill.As in the starting of my career,i used to sell oxford dictionary and I met around 50 people in a single day who are at the top of their career.
What a beautiful experience i have!!!!!!
